I will add (assuming that Mr. Man has not already), that Mr. Man and I have the Maui one and the Big Island one, if you'd rather just borrow ours. They may not be the most recent printing of the books though.
I'd tell you about cheap hotels, but we've never stayed in any cheap hotels in Hawaii. We're fancy.
