1. Morning sickness is a misnomer -- pregnancy related vomiting can happen at any moment of the day (or night). Which brings me to my second point:

I suppose you could always just do it in your trash can if you're really that concerned that those you work with would illegally discriminate against you for being pregnant (which I believe is what you were implying with that statement, but YMMV, FWIW). Oh, and NTTAWWT.
