I currently associate "cheers" with a South African internal audit guy who was fun to work with. Best regards is some jackass in risk management who talks way, WAY too loud with an obnoxious NY accent. He is so loud that I repeatedly hit the reduce volume button when he calls -- why can't the phone go any quieter?
