There's a stand in the JW Marriott that did a pretty good job. Others have reported to me one in the building Hogan & Hartson is in (International Place?).

It's Columbia Square. That place is pretty good actually, and the guy is pleasant. You can leave shoes with him if you want. Exit Metro Center by the Metro Sales Office, walk down F Street and turn left into the building before you reach the McDonalds.
