Actually, when the weather turns cooler, the lake gets angry. Huge waves crash against the sea wall and spray water up to 20 feet high. I've been nailed by a few waves running along the lake in January...it can be very cool to watch. Plus, if you stay up late enough, you can catch the sunrise over the water...
