I guess if it's RT's "I'm out of work and depressed" then that's one thing. Is that what it is? Otherwise, I have a hard time imagining a "temporary thing".

In my experience, which is of course limited to my own life, there is no such thing as a temporary thing. Once you've lost that loving feeling, it very rarely comes back.

That said, I never really got over the guy who took me to my senior prom, so all of my relationship advice is suspect.
