TOMORROW, 1 to 3 p.m., Cindy Claus and my 3-pound Yorkie elves - Jazzy Jr. and his sister Juicy, both dressed in matching Santa suits - will be at Jazzy's. That's my Saks 5th doggy boutique. The eighth floor right at the down escalator. We're there to smooch, play with and outfit all the dogs (accompanied, please, by the people they own) who visit us. For four-legged buyers it's leather trench coats, red, black or tan, with epaulets; holiday T-shirts with glitter, tuxes with satin bowtie for boys, maribou evening sweaters for girls.
