Donovan? Now I'm as wild about saffron as the next guy, but I don't think Hurdy Gurdy (sp?) Man is really what gets today's hippy chick a'spinnin'. Get yourself some Phish or Widespread (or at least throw on a Dick's Picks) if you want an authentic modern nubile spinning hippy chick experience.
