Cocaine, if if kills, does so quickly - during use. Long term health care costs are de minimis compared to those assoiciated with smoking or overeating. In fact, fat people should be force fed cocaine to slim them up a bit. Anorexics should likewise be required to smoke pot. Most lawyers should have to jack up some horse each morning. And birth control pills should contain MDMA.
