If you don't kick his ass, you make it seem like wearing orange shirts to communicate "dirty irish micks" is OK. Do you really want to send that message? Not that that is what he is saying. But others will see you pointing, making the thumbs up sign, and laughing, and interpret that as signaling that you support the message "dirty irish micks must be exterminated because they breed like rats and are a drain on the state."
