Surely, care during shaving is important, as is not shaving while drunk. My most egregious shaving mishaps have been while shaving tired, hungover and quickly, usually when I was late for a wedding. Although picking up a few styptic pencils has done wonders for my (occasionally very rare) shaving mishap recovery time. Also, I shave in the shower*, so maybe I have fewer shaving issues that most guys.
* Which everyfucking one should. I don't understand at all how some cats shave in front of the sink.
