GA sanctioned for failing to correct GP's misstatement in open court.

Associate Misled Judge by Remaining Silent
I'm generally pro-candor, but I think this is a crock of shit. When you look at the GP's statement, which says "should not do it in New Jersey" not "could not do it in New Jersey," I think it's unreasonable to discipline the GA for failing to interrupt. |

Wow. Peter's found the photos and has placed them on his site. Geez, no wonder why the entire Arab world is going ballistic.
What were these idiots thinking? White trash or something more sinister?

				      | Oracle plays the Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer gambit in DOJ suit over PeopleSoft takeover bid.

Other newsworthy point is that the DOJ finally found a market that Microsoft doesn't have a secret plan to dominate within the next two years. |

 | As you'll recall, the current DOJ decided that Microsoft has no such markets now or ever. |

 | Very early this morning, a coded satellite call went out across the globe, and 32,579 programmers caught planes and trains and boats from their various home bases and converged on Bill Gates' Hawaii compound.

The MS complete turnkey product hits the stores tomorrow.

Don't ever cross Bill Gates. |

Nevermind. It was, as usual, a BlackIce problem. That product sucks.

Has anyone here ever submitted their resume to this company? They have a number of current job listings that interest me, but I've never heard anything about how reputable/reliable/competent it is as a company. Or what the process is once they receive your resume. Anyone? PM me if you like with responses. |
