I'm not making any statements about whether it is reasonable to expect that the Bush admin would have jumped all over this issue based on the memo. I think everyone dropped the ball on this issue; it was a threat that didn't get the attention it deserved under either the Clinton admin or the Bush admin.
I'm just saying, you are fucking insanely retarded if you really think a reasonable question to ask about that memo is, "how do we know she actually got it?"
