It just sucks because although he is an odd looking kind of guy, he grew on me and I ended up feeling hot for him and he also did nice things. I'm wondering if I should let him cool down for a while more and then call him and say "come on; don't be silly". The only thing that stops me is looking back at some of his emails (like the one below -- note that his job is in management/tech, not art) and then I think, "Maybe you should leave this thing alone". Well anyway, thanks for the thoughts and humor. For some reason, this one really shook me up and saddened me. I hate to say it, but I miss him (though not the wingnut stuff).

You soon may see that my brain is overloaded in the right hemisphere, and is somewhat hurting on the left side! I am better at conceptual thinking than I am at logical. I can take apart poetry but I'm not good at 2 plus 2. My head is partly "always" in the clouds and I think I carry that "artists brain" thing--not the "self-destructive crazy artist thing", but one who needs to make sure that at least one foot is firmly on the ground at all times. (I have a wickedly interesting story about my arrival home from 2 months in Tibet, my last excursion to Asia. I'm very sure the universe gave me my lesson of a lifetime and it was not from who I expected it would be from.) I'm not sure if it's the type of places and lands I've visited, or the things I'm interested in reading, but I remain very captured by our lives relative to why we're here, and what our purpose is. When I see things, I tend to see them in a bigger picture....not just the literal, but the metaphorical. I'm a big believer in the idea that things happen for reasons, and I rarely think things are so random and coincidental (Carl Young's synchronicity--and hey, a great Police Pop CD--- Synchronicity, remember it from the 80's?) "we are, we are, spirits in the material world" I think my more recent aloofness was in part hesitation because in many aspects we are very different and I was not sure where to go, but I also think in the most important aspects, we are similar. (I love that you are a do-er and an action person----you are much more accomplished in this area than I). I suspect you are more pragmatic and practical--which is very positive. Ok, enough for now. Please, email is not your medium, so don't worry about replying to so many thoughts. Just store them away so we can talk about them sometime. We'll, back to work.
