I think Foster a toss-up, although if there was foul play there is no question who the two leading suspects would be, but the Arkancide list is a little too much circumstantial coincidence for me. As for Mahoney, I hate to bring her up, I think Hank dated her in LS, which explains, in part, his bitterness over the Clintons.
