So you can do boot camp but your pace is still slow? I don't mean that in a bad way I'm just trying to understand how that translates one to other........hmmm thoughts?
I don't know if my pace is still slow or not because I haven't been focusing on the straight through running in a few weeks. On top of my boot camp, I do take a running class on Monday nights, but it's more hill and short sprint intensive so it doesn't really tell me much about my speed. When we run in boot camp, it's usually at the beginning of the class and I don't try to go too fast because I know that I have about two hours of resistance training, stair running, ab work, rowing, pilates, calesthenics, etc. ahead of me.

I imagine that I'll probably be a bit faster than I was before I started boot camp if only because I weigh a bit less.
