Your taste is in your mouth. Ahnold is perfectly dressed for court in that picture.
The problem with discussions of what's right and wrong for court is a lot of the people who chime in on the subject (i.e., the head of litigation who's tried four cases in his career) haven't been in courtrooms all that often.
Ahnold looks fine there.
