Make your own biscuits or buy Pillsbury and order a Smithfield premium cooked country ham. Get the bone-in, salt cured ham and keep in a cool dark place. It should keep for a long time. If you are a normal person and don't consume ham by the pound at a sitting, cut the ham into usable hunks, double wrap in foil and freeze for up to a year or more.
