A Prayer for PPNYC
Ppnyc,
Wow. You've been busy since I was last here. I thought about helping you start a list, but I don't think you are ready for Step 4 yet.
We need to get back to basics. You need to understand that there is a power greater than yourself who is ready to help.
I'd like to suggest that before posting, you say a little prayer (or, if you are not Christian, perhaps a mantra or a rosary might be appropriate).
So, here's a thought for a prayer, I hope it helps:
Dear Lord,
Before I hit "Submit Reply", grant me the strength to think twice, or even three times. Please, don't let me post anything hurtful, unless it is also funny. And help me to humbly realize the deficiencies in my sense of humor, and not to think anything I post is funny. Help me not respond to each and every post, and to see the error of my ways. Grant me patience so that I can slow down as I read posts, and try to understand them before replying. And please help me to find the "Preview Reply" and "Delete Keys" with more abundance.
I thank you, Oh Lord.
