Also:
 dystopian view of Detroit, where drug dealers hunt their shooting victim down and fire into a crowd of police officers to finish him off I saw this documentary about this cop Detroiters now want to honor with a statute.  Scalia's "dystopia" seems an improvement on that Detroit.

 I hate when a Judge wimps out. Worse, I hate explaining the wimping to my client. That is all.
