Not true. Future generations will say we lived in the Golden Age of Foxy Boxing.

Waiting forever in a crappy casino to play $8 hold 'em is still better than doing document review.

I plan on using that one the next time I need a good random nonsequitur to change the subject.

I seem to have a vague memory that sometime in the distant past, there was a size of coffee/latte/whatever called "short" (as opposed to "tall" and maybe "grande"). Does that sound familiar to anyone else? It seems like the same phenomenon, but more with caffeine than calories.

it's still available at starbucks if you know to ask for it. they just don't put it on the menu.

i doubt mcdonalds still has the original "small" fries in the paper basket.

Rugby and cricket also have laws. A friend of mine works for professional cricket, and she's responsible for updating the laws. Apparently, she's been in the middle of not a few international incidents.

It's the only thing I have to look forward to this fall, since basketball is going to suck out west here with a 2 team race.
I just got my packet with my tickets, plus the letter telling me that I have two entries in the lottery for Superbowl tickets. Here's hoping.

Midnight Cowboy director dead

http://www.cnn.com/2003/SHOWBIZ/Movi....ap/index.html

Sounds like that has been coming for a while. I noticed in his bio that he directed Pacific Heights. Ohh that was a creepy movie...

Sad that he had to go out with a Madonna movie.
