Yes, but not in her apartment. The dog'll bark even more insanely out of jealousy.

Unless, of course, you appreciate the company, and the dog's advertising the play-by-play to the rest of the building.

I have been exceedingly nice and patient with one of my clients. She just sent me a bunch of documents for the case we are working on with a special thank you note on stationery with a cat on it and the words "From the paw of...." printed on it.

If you want to get back at her, I think I know of a newly-available dog to take care of her cat...

And given that one has complete control over what one types in a post or an email, one has no need to use ellipses as mere filler. Most of the time it's serves as a visual "um" or "like," rather than as an extended pause to express that words either aren't necessary or can't quite capture what one is trying to express.)
Okay.... I see your point...kinda.

No. I'm not disturbed. Why do you ask? ]
Mexico isn't a third-world country, you know.

He's not from Mexico. Why would you assume that all barn hands are Mexican?

Also, may I send my client memos to you before they go out so that you may proof read?

Excuse me, but "proactive" and "paradigm"? Aren't these just buzzwords that dumb people use to sound important? Not that I'm accusing you of anything like that.

Not on the air. But, hey, offer, acceptance, right?

Sam Solvey, Executive Janitor, Mar-A-Lago.

I assume it was a plant by NBC.
Bowie said it was really Sam's money and that he had mortgaged (I assume a second) his house, etc. to scrounge it up. But maybe that is just the NBC-approved story.

I like this. The direct approach. Please let the board know if you have any takers (use the FBA or RotAF feature if necessary). It is sad that I get such a thrill living vicariously.

If so, his fiancee must be really pleased. "You're willing to pay trump $250k for a job, but all you got me was this sucky .87 carat engagment ring?"
