This was probably discussed and I missed it but I really enjoyed Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbertson (I think). It is an enjoyable read and is a boost for anyone grappling with "what the fuck do I really want out of life" questions.
Aside from that, I read about four throw-away paperbacks from my firm's book exchange per week, along with all of the magazines at my gym, which include US Weekly, People, Star, OK, Cosmo, Stuff, Maxim, Fit Pregnancy, Men's Health, GQ, Triathlete, Advocate, O, More, you get the picture. I am very up on pretty much everything that goes on in the world aside from anything to do with politics or current events NOT involving celebrities.

A very good friend of mine just finished that and handed it over to me. I'm looking forward to reading it.

Yes! I read that on a plane two weeks ago. I liked it a whole lot. I think possibly every woman in America has read or is reading that book because three women (including a flight attendant) told me how much they liked it when they saw me with it.

I have not read it, but then, I got blue hydrangeas, so I may not be female. I liked the book that has all the post-it notes on the front that ncs recommended a while back (and then loaned me). It was funny. And Then We Came To The End? Maybe that's what it is called. Or that could be a totally different book, or not the name of any book at all.
I get to teach my 21 y-o assistant how to do enclosures and cc's today. Joyousness.

That's the book I plan on reading on a plane tomorrow.

Given that Stanford probably now has more brajillions than the grocery biz could ever had made for poor Leland, even adjusted to 1870 dollars, I think the whole story was some crock of shit invented for some faggoty a capella group's between-songs banter.

So when I hear them called The Stanford Cardinal, I can't help but think of these guys.
Get the comfy chair.

So my original prediction (was it 3 weeks ago?) of a Rockies/Angels world series is still half correct. But I'm happy to see a Rockies/Indians WS, but I think the ratings would suck.

They said the ratings sucked in 2005 (White Sox/Astros). I could have cared less. It would have been unblievable even if I were the only person watching.

It's the only World Series I've made a point to watch in my entire life.

I'm pretty sure the band dressed that way for a Notre Dame halftime show once year.
