It's sort of repetitive. Yeah, yeah, east/west axis, lots of domesticable plants and large animals, yadda, yadda, yadda. We get it already.

Rumor heard at the Met game . . .

One NL catcher (and his NL pitcher nemesis) have tested positive for roids. . .

I saw a homeless guy with an empty, yet rusted, grocery cart today. Any ideas?

Also, when I woke up this morning, I thought it was Monday -- must have dreamt the whole weekend or something. Was a happy happy feeling when I realized not only was it the weekend, but it was the very first day of the weekend.

I had a third thing to thrill you all with, but I can't remember what it is.

Glad to hear that you and Hank are still able to get along now that str8 is your internet bf.

Not Bob's dreams are more interesting.

I already see bared teeth and bloody claws when I look at fringey's avatar- in fact, is that a devil's horn?

Is it just me?

This is a bad thing? I get to watch Lyle in peace; what could be better?

Although there are definitely some cconflict issues. Drive by Truckers and Roky Ericson on day 2 and Brave Combo and Rilo Kiley on Day 3 (although I can kind of see scheduling that later two head to head assuming there would be little overlap)

To state the (perhaps) obvious:

AC/DC, Back in Black (pretty much the entire album, not just the song)

ETA: Just noticed you can't download AC/DC from iTunes. Anybody know where they're available?

That was harsh -- what did fringey do to you to deserve that, lizard boy?

In other news, go see "Red Eye." An enjoyable and fast-paced thriller, and Rachel McAdams is verrrrrrrrrry easy on the eyes.

Speaking of movies, I saw the Aristocrats this weekend at the Saturday early matinee in West Boca. I was surrounded by at least a dozen residents of Del Boca Vista Phase IV, and I was wondering if maybe they were expecting Disney's Aristocats.

Within the first ten minutes, they had all left the theater; slowest of all was the gentleman pushing his oxygen tank with his home health aide walking behind him.

But I recommend the movie. It made me laugh out loud. A lot.

In other movie news, I saw Be Cool this weekend on DVD. This may actually be Vince Vaughn's finest performance. And Uma Thurman (even though she can't really dance) is very easy on the eyes.

So Anthony turned out gay, right? Or was that Durell?

With this episode 6 feet is in the clubhouse as the best HBO series. Sopranos will have to have one hell of a close out to match.

More detail on what Claire did for 20 years, and did she have kids would have been nice. But, that is a minor complaint.

Keith owns a company but still is out there doing the work. Stand up guy, huh?

These things are trite, cliche, and a waste of time. However, I had some time to kill, and completed the quiz on behalf of a friend. PLF is Mr. Brown: "I'm cool, edgy, opinionated, and a bit of a dork. I've got some skills that need improving (like that whole dodging bullets to the head thing). But, I don't worry . . . people like me because I'm offbeat and interesting."

Hi Guys.

I thought the word Schadenfreude was the one that meant that you didn't know something but then learned about it in three different ways in a short period of time. I learned today that I am wrong. What word am I thinking of?

In other news, someone needs to entertain me today.
