Ginger

Rachel Hunter has the looks, but I don't think she can pull off the essence of being Ginger. Tori Spelling doesn't have either.

Have you been to many McDonald's in the red states? It's always seemed to me that most fast food restaurants in the midwest (including McD's) have a cute to fairly hot assistant manager or two on duty at all times. YMMV in some areas, but it's held up pretty well for me.

Yours,
IL(I used to work at a fast food joint back in the day, and we had an assistant manager who was dumber than Jessica Simpson and a major cokehead, but man was she hot)NS

MNF

Did anyone see this? I missed it but it seems like this one falls under the "oh give me a break" category.

NEW YORK - ABC apologized Tuesday for a steamy intro to “Monday Night Football” after receiving complaints from viewers and the NFL.

The spot featured a naked Nicollette Sheridan jumping into the arms of Terrell Owens.

Before the Philadelphia-Dallas game, ABC showed Owens and Sheridan in an empty locker room in an attempt to spoof the network hit “Desperate Housewives.” Sheridan, who stars in the show, was wearing only a towel and provocatively asked Owens to skip the game for her.

After she dropped her towel, he agreed to be late for the contest and hugged her. Then the shot panned out to two more stars of “Desperate Housewives,” Teri Hatcher and Felicity Huffman, watching the scene unfold on a television and commenting on desperate women.

“We have heard from many of our viewers about last night’s MNF opening segment and we agree that the placement was inappropriate,” ABC said in a statement. “We apologize.”

The NFL called the intro “inappropriate and unsuitable for our ‘Monday Night Football’ audience.”

“While ABC may have gained attention for one of its other shows, the NFL and its fans lost,” NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said.

Sounds completely appropriate for the MNF audience. Tho most of them would expect some tie-in to The Twins.*

TBS feels otherwise and says that Hunter "shares the flightiness and aloofness of Ginger," according to the TBS Web site. "She tends to drift and wander without care for what is going on around her."

She sounds perfect. Either for that role, or Anna Nicole Smith on the American Music Awards.

I went on a first date last week with a guy who was new to the city. I took him to a bar with something like 40 beers on tap (and a full bar if beer wasn't his thing). After sampling and then sneering at my St. Arnold Amber (local micro), and he drank Coors Light for the rest of the evening. I haven't been receptive to requests for a second date.

Sounds like he might be able to give your sister what she wants, though.

See? SS, your "Dazzle RT Guarantee" is great marketing but isn't worth shit. I want my money back.

blogging, it's not jut for politics

Radosh talks about a few of the sex blogs that are out there. (spree, picture of the side of a woman's breast. No nipple.)

Quote:
So what is my criteria for blogrolling sex blogs?

It's not, I repeat, about the dirty pictures. You certainly don't need me to help you find pornography on the Internet. In fact, many of the sites I link have nothing to do with porn. Amorous Propensities, Asian Sex Gazette, Daze Reader, Pervscan, Sexblo.gs, Sexy Pop Culture (which I just noticed hasn't updated in a month), and Sxxxy.org cover news and cultural items concerning sex in general and rarely if ever even link to anything not work safe.

Others do some of that, but also mix in links to or (more interesting) about pornography: Flaunting It, Not Work Safe, and NSFW News for example. Alternately, there's Sensible Erection which is a general interest group blog in the MeFi vein, except it happens to have a lot of smut too.

And then there are the sites that do in fact exist to link more or less exclusively to pornography, but that have a certain something that to my mind helps them transcend the porn blog genre, whether it's smart writing, a sense of humor, or an eye for the quirky or what have you. Fleshbot or course, and also Ticklefight and Otty Hotties. I've already removed a few sites in this category that I had to concede were pretty much standard porn fare even though I appreciated the service they provided in that respect. Every time I think about dropping Your Dirty Mind for the same reason, they go and find something like Sexy Trek and earn themselves a reprieve.
Links omitted, because the coding was a pain in the ass.

Not really, no. But I've found that hot girls usually get better jobs. And for the hot girls who didn't, they probably lose their hotness after two weeks of eating nothing but McDonalds.

Ummmm...you took him to our place? We're about to have words. And if you were here right now, we'd have ourselves a misunderstanding.

But since you like it, I'll check it again. I told PLF I hated the Hives new disc some time ago. He properly deemed me an imbecile for thinking so and I gave it another spin and now consider it the best new record in years.
Will NO ONE help me with my musical plea?!?

Geez.

We all fear The Flower. See the reaction to my Killers discussion earlier in the week.

What sorts of music do you like? Defined boundries are helpful.

As for Eminem, do you like any of his popular stuff? I'd suggest just downloading a couple of songs you recognize from him (Lose Yourself is good, as are most of his songs that got radio play). No need to check out a whole album, as his songs for the most part all sound the same (and listening to an album of his straight through is tedious, at least to me, for that reason, although all of the songs individually have merit).
