It conflicts with Lost. And I am a one Tivo household.

I've ordered the DVDs for the first season though, so I'll treat it like Alias and only watch the DVDs.

Joss Whedon, creator of Buffy LOVES Veronica Mars, though.

Paigow - Nigel Barker is hot in pretty much any way.
I am haunted by his gleaming white teeth and deep set black eyes. He looks like he would ravish you, or a sixty year old ex supermodoel or a sixteen year old naif a la Lady Chatterly's Lover and then be read for more and more. I am drawn and repelled at the same time. He may be the PIMWTB even before the massage theapist.

If she REALLY knew me, she would have lied and said she had 3, but nobody's perfect.
I struggled with this in law school. I couldn't bring myself to admit that my "interests" or "hobbies" really were travel, golf, reading, TV and going out every night of the week, drinking too much beer, playing pool, gambling, and getting shot down by the hotties in San Diego. As y'all know by now, this is the god-is-great truth, but I still don't know if I would admit it in an interview.

Calling ltl/fb: Snack Advice Needed

I'm hungry an need an afternoon snack. I rarely crave sweets, but I'm craving something sweet now. My options are one of those cookie stores, Ben & Jerry's, and Starbucks.

What should I do?

I have a little activity I enjoy between beers. It's called "ordering another beer" and it doesn't involve tee times, greens fees or loud slacks. Lightweight.

I like that em enjoys activities.
Inveterate is also used in conjunction with words like "cellist," "lepidopterist," and "horticulturist."

Currently being recorded by Tivo:

Survivor (so far so good this year and looking to get better)
Amazing Race Family (surprisingly enjoyable last night)
Apprentice Donald (jury remains out)
Apprentice Martha (haven't watched yet)
Biggest Loser (I cannot explain my attraction to the show)
Lost (duh)
World Series of Poker
Arrested Development (duh)
Threshhold (a good start)

He also has a nice chin = it has that ridge in it (a cleft?). I have not seen him stand I don't htink. I do remember that time that Janice Dickinson got in his lap and simluated Cowgirl style and pushed her fake boobs in his face. I hit slow mo to capture his expression and I believe he was into it ina "Normally, I go for fifteen year olds, but I bet this crazy plasticized old broad woud be ajolly good romp" kinda way

I am a big, big fan of the cookies with the icing on them. I used to drive to the Galleria to get them in Dallas -- they didn't have a store at the much-closer Northpark.

If you are hot (or it is hot out), Ben & Jerry's is a good call. If you are cold, and need to warm up, and like chocolate, that really thick chocolate drink at Starbucks (can't remember the name -- it only comes in small cups) is really good. Pretty much all of the pastries at starbucks are cold -- they seem to refrigerate that case. The lower the shelf, the colder the pastry.

If you want a latte anyway, I really like the toffee almond fudge bar thingy at Starbucks.

I am a big chocolate person, though. So I may be relatively useless to you.

I have kind of been wanting to try the peach/blueberry tart thingy at Starbucks, but it's on the bottom shelf and my office is cold and the crust looks like it might be tough.

ETA sorry if that took too long.

Razor blade, wrists, warm bath? I don't think that one's taken.

Ask Paigow to bring cake when she visits at 3:00 a.m.?

I'm betting he was thinking, "dammit, we did this for 10 hours last night; doesn't this freak ever get enough?"

Shamefully, I've watched few episodes of The Surreal Life with her on it. She is a terrible actress.
