Thanks. Ever since seeing the Ocean's movies, the Wonk Monster has been set on learning how to do pyrotechnics, like Basher. Now I know where to send him for training.
All that's left is to teach him to use his powers for good....

Is there anything dumber than ESPN's "Who's now?" schtick?

[Nathan's Famous Fourth of July Hot Dog Eating Contest winner Joey "Jaws"] Chestnut claims the "Coveted Mustard Yellow International Belt" and wins a one-year supply of hot dogs from Nathan's, the sponsor of the annual event, which has been held on the corner of Surf and Stillwell avenues in the Coney Island section of Brooklyn since 1916.

That was definitely a made-for-Tivo event. As disgustingly fast as they put down the hot dogs, it was much more entertaining fast-forwarding through the first 10 minutes and watching the second-most-exciting two minutes in sports.
FWIW, if anyone needs some extra hyperbole, the announcers for the event have plenty extra to spare.

If you don't go see the woman whose name I gave you, I'm gonna come to your office and smack you upside the head. Unfortunately she has an affiliation with the main lying assholes in town, but don't let that stop you. You can make an appointment with her outside their offices.

I will do this. I do not want the Wrath Of The Fugee to descend upon me.

I think you are a little out of the age range they are usually 20s. But you say you have a young, hot boyfriend so maybe it would be a great exception for you??!!!

Most people peg me at about 24-28. So I may still have a shot. Hell, if I am planning to lie about my age, I may as well lie about my science and sales background as well. Smooth transition from lawyer to liar.

Ah, the old piano-player-in-the-whorehouse option. May as well - that's what relatives have been telling people that you do when they're too ashamed to say that you're a lawyer.
