What was the attorney doing for the last 4 1/2 minutes? Building the record?

The ThrashersFan login might be available. That was as good one, that would be made better if TF started to like spit-roasting.
I'm reasonably sure that she liked spit-roasting while watching hockey on the TV.

Pretty much. He wanted me to explain in excruciating detail why I think HOAs are evil. I'm told that voir dire in Texas is pretty much a free for all that's not allowed in most other states.

(BTW, these guys explain generally why I think HOAs are evil, in Texas, anyways). Plus, my parents' HOA kicked my dogs out of their building. The attorney was more than happy to explore Juror #10's biases on HOAs very thoroughly. )

I didn't let everyone know this, but as announcing it to Lawtalkers seems to be a way to locate missing items, I will now tell everyone that...

I am missing two pair of underwear and a stretchy top thingy that goes with one of the underwears.

So, whatever you all can do to help me find these cherished undergarments, please get right on it.

Check your son's dresser. Or under his bed.

They didn't tell me why I was bounced. I just was. I was #10. They needed six. #3 had a 7 month baby she needed to pick up at four. #4 was whiney about being on the panel and muttered about how her 14 year old kid waiting for her at four was as vulnerable as the baby. #8 lived in an apartment and said he didn't understand what an HOA was. #9 said he believed in settling disputes before they get to court.

I have them. You don't really want them back. Trust me, I bought them from Hank.

One more song parody. For old time's sake. "Commando," to the tune of ABBA's "Fernando."
