I have a long list of things that would be nice.

Yeah, that's what I thought. It's a year in IL, but I couldn't find anything similar in the FRCP. Thanks.

Has this been seen/discussed before? Just got sent to me by a friend. Highly amusing, in a cringeworthy way.
Phenomenal, particularly the beg for a DoJ job at the end. Apparently, Obama values his opinion about as much as I do.

I'm not sure whether I qualify as a "progressive leftist", but, yes, that is a long overdue thank you note. Do you have his address easily at hand?

I'm pretty sure that he lives near the Houstonian Hotel. My sister ran into him at the supermarket near there once.

I thought by then he had already been told that his job if any was some free-floating job in DOJ, which is what he ended up with.

He used to have a place in Tangley Oaks, off Westheimer just outside the Loop. But that was a long time ago, way back when I was still clever.

My offense at some American tort liability law is longstanding, but my faith in the recockulousness of it (and the jury) has been reaffirmed.

Re: It was the wrong thread

DC tramples first amendment...

The old saying "those who can't do, teach" definitely seems to apply to cheh. Maybe those protestors should start exercising their second amendment Rights in response to the fascists on the DC council.
