Racist, classist, whateverist. We bandy about a lot of labels on this board, and it's a little disturbing. Me? Yeah, I have my likes and dislikes, just like anyone else. I find poor people distasteful. Fat people disgust me. When dealing with swarthier ethnicities, I make sure to get it in writing. But that does not make me just some two-dimensional label. This whole board could use a little sensitivity training.

This so reminds me of that joke where the lady jumps out of the supply closet and screams "supplies!"

I feel the same way about Duane Reade.

I feel that way about fine particulates. Happily I'm surrounded by them.

As someone who has felt the cruel sting of classicism here, I could not agree more.

Absit iniuria verbis.

maybe I'm whiffing but this makes you seem one-dimensional, and I don't think you really are.

try looking at people as the individuals they are, instead of a stereotype, and maybe people will look at you the same.

For instance, I also find many fat people disgusting, but sometimes I find them really funny, mostly in a "laughing at them" way, but sometimes in a "laughing with" way. I also gain self-confidence bordering on feelings of superiority when I see other fat people, say when I'm exercising, or just about how I look.

Maybe you should take a step back and realize fat people can provide a myriad of emotions, and then people will recognize you yourself can't be quickly labeled.
