But will it hold Colin Farrel's cock?

I think it may be the heat, but yesterday afternoon (and this is very out of character for me), I desparately wanted to take a nap. So I put my head down and snoozed for a few minutes. Then I had a really hard time getting to sleep last night. go figure. I'm going to resist the urge to nap today.

We can dance if we want to

I don't dance because when I do I make a complete and utter fool out of myself. I am by no stretch of the imagination a graceful person. Fortunately s/o doesn't dance either, so it isn't a problem. There are two times I will dance. The first is in the privacy of my own home. The second is when I am very drunk. Since I almost never drink and don't recall the last time I was actually drunk, dancing outside the home is rare.

I don't think taking lessons would make me dance more. I'd still have no rhythm and still be too self-conscious.

No fear of heat here. It's a balmy 62. But I find that if I take a bottle of wine right before bedtime, there's usually no issue about getting to sleep.

And furthermore - a little reality for the guys (and maybe leagl)...NEW YORK - Sports Illustrated is taking its swimsuit competition to television with a six-episode reality series that will lead to the winner’s appearance in the annual swimsuit issue.

SI Swimsuit edition

In other news - Anna Nicole flashes geeks.

Anna Nicole Smith had a Janet Jackson moment at an awards show in Los Angeles. While at the G-Phoria video games award, the reality star/merry widow’s left boob popped out of her outfit

Chappelle Cha-Ching

Dave Chappelle has signed a two-year deal with Comedy Central worth up to $50MM. http://www.cnn.com/2004/SHOWBIZ/TV/0...eut/index.html

It's nice to see the good guys win every once in a while.

I'm not really happy with the weather. We may get to 100, and the weather guy this morning sounded very glum about the next few days. I'm hopeful that his prediction about rain today is similar to yesterday. He said we weren't going to get any, and a small thunderstorm came through last night.

Speaking of hot summers, I heard a terrible rumor that alcohol is no longer allowed on the Guadalupe River. Can anyone who has been toobing lately confirm or deny?

ETA: this random website says that it's still legal. http://www.river-fun.com/

It was only a matter of time. You can't stop those breasts. You can only hope to contain them.

Although attempted, no ban has been put in place. Please note that public consumption before noon on Sunday is not allowed (you'd never see THAT one in Wisconsin).

You would think that the football stadiums would have managed to overturn that one by now. It's a pain in the ass to get to a noon game on Sunday, and have to rush to the beer line right after kick-off in order to get beer that you would have happily purchased when you were walking to your seat. It's inefficient, and I'm sure it hurts beer sales.

Atticus, your spam is coming from Texas

Pitylak is one of the nation's most prodigious manufacturers of unsolicited commercial e-mail, more commonly known as spam.

Public records indicate that, for a 22-year-old college student, he is doing very well. He owns a modern ranch-style house, valued for tax purposes at $450,000, in one of Austin's nicest neighborhoods, and he has a late-model Jaguar parked in the driveway. And if you responded to any of the offers he sent, you instantly made him wealthier: His companies earn up to $7 for every reply.

By day, Pitylak attends the University of Texas, where he is an undergraduate majoring in advertising. But his e-mail activities outside the classroom have earned him a listing on the Spamhaus Project, a Web site that tracks the biggest spammers worldwide, and have attracted the scrutiny of the Texas Attorney General's Office.

So if any of you go by this guy's house, please fire bomb it for society.

When I am Czar, that will not be a field in which one will be able to obtain an academic degree.

BTW, that name has to be fake.

Coming soon to a Law & Order near you.

54-year-old woman robs bank; 8-year-old alter ego takes rap on the stand.
  • "It's not wrong when you want to save somebody's life!" a red-faced "Jimmy" cried out. "I don't want to die. I wanted to help. It's not wrong to help. It's not wrong to stay alive!"

If there is no God, who the hell writes this stuff?
