I know! I saw some of the game on Christmas Eve -- I was a little tipsy, so I don't remember much about it.

She picked Sirius for a couple of reasons -- because that what was in the Hertz Crown Victoria rental where we first heard it, because that's what the Best Buy salesman suggested (do they sell XM there? I dunno), because Howard Stern is going to have his show on Sirius (she is a fan of his; I am not), and because they have a deal with the NFL and NHL. As if there will ever be another NHL game, but I digress.
I was trying to decide between the two, also. The kid made my choice easy. So far, the sound is good, and I haven't had any drops, etc. I'm sure that that varies widely depending upon where one lives -- just like cell phone coverage.

Perhaps we could set up a contest or something for the single dudes -- win a date with gwnc. We could have an FB-celebrity panel to screen applications, with the winner having to pass a photo inspection by an all-chick subcommittee.
"Question 1: Jacques Plante was the first __________ to wear a ________."

Ha. I actually do have a date this week, but thank you.

Maybe not a joker smile, but too much definition. Almost like she's been lifting weights with her face:

Sirius has the cute little dog logo. Huge selling factor. I bought the Sirius Sportster with accessorizing boom box attachment for husband for Christmas. Mostly because he has Sirius in the car (and we get a deal on the 2nd unit) and the cute little dog logo.
Sadly, I was told that the XM was better for indoors but that Sirius had better programming - and we found out that the Sirius will not work in the house consistently. So, no more doggy.

Warsteiner? Bland.
Suck down one of the big bottles of Chimay and tell me how you're doing. You don't need to drink more than one to get that "Eh, fuck... I want to go home and watch a movie on the couch" feeling.

Not a beer snob. If I'm going to sit down and drink 20 beers, give me good old American water-down lite beer.
|
Wow. I'm going to post about beer.
I don't really like it. There are some occasions when it's perfect -- for example, with Mexican food, or pizza sometimes, but even then, there's no way in hell I'd drink Budweiser or Coors (or similar). The smell makes me ill. It's not snobbery (I don't think), I just plain ol' don't like it.

How do you date when you just want to get nailed silly... Doesn't the ritual just seem stupid?
I always found dating annoying. I had to play fucking stand up comic all the goddamned time. And all I was thinking was usually "God, I want to get out of here" or "God, I want to get back to her place and see how she is..." You should sleep with the person you're dating very early to ensure that he/she is not atrocious in the sack because, no matter how good they are elsewhere, if they suck there, the relationship is doomed. But, of course, we in America have to favor doing it all in reverse.

There is not an Anonymous Lawyer.
Don't know if anyone else saw this, but apparently the hot blog is the creation of a Harvard Law Student.

I have perverted dreams involving coconuts and starfruit. I'm hoping this madness will end shortly into the new year. Don't worry, I have plenty of sex toys. I just think I need something non-plastic/silicone/latex.
