How much of that is due to SJP's recent affectations, such as walking so that one foot crosses in front of the other, or looking down, and then looking up with pursed lips and squinty eyes, or looking up wistfully at the sky as if she would take off her beret and toss it, if only she weren't so melancholy, yet still somehow hopeful?

I have nothing really to add. I'll try to think of something.

or to put it in terms of a procedural rule, you are the rule authorizing "self help" to cure a problem

FWIW I did find this old photo of Spooky on his day off wearing the same shoe, but in black

Wow, he's got nice legs aside from the fact that he's done a few too many leg lifts.
I would have gone with another type of purse, maybe shorter strap and the skirt's a little slutty.

That's it. In a further effort to lower my purity score, I'm making good on my promises* to Coltrane and Finch when next I see them...not that I remember making a promise to Coltrane, but I'll take his word for it.

*Funny how the hand jobs offer from my second day on the board has been transformed to a blow job, but eh, whatever.

Excuse me, but "proactive" and "paradigm"? Aren't these just buzzwords that dumb people use to sound important? Not that I'm accusing you of anything like that.

You're like Cliffs' notes for your own posts, except you say the same thing as the original, which is never complicated enough to warrant explanation.

It's like, um, if you want me to shut up, then answer the question. I just work with the brain that I was given. Please forgive me.

I doubt this place will devolve into the giant toilet that is the politics board. And people shouldn't be expected to post about sports on the sports board. As long as politics posters don't start coming over here to post crap just for attention, I don't think it's a big deal for people to voice their opinions on something that isn't 100% "on point."

Amen. At trivia last week, the final round had the following trivia question: Who led the AL in RBI in 2001. Without any reference material, could you get it right? I bet someone here gets it.

I'm not sure what you're getting at with the Chipotle Roasted Pepper reference, but her bit was not cut. She was sandwiched in between Mann's Chinese Theater bit and Hollywood Entertainment Museum bit. The bit is not up on the Tonight Show website yet, but I'll link to it when it comes up.

Maybe. Maybe not. But those colors suggest that she's clearly from the hood.

What's the deal with the $300. Lots of people I know got a check in 2003, but my wife and I were left out. I don't really think public money should go to lawyers earning 6 figures, but if everyone else got one, where's mine? Anyone know if I got hosed?

I wanted to say Manny or A-Rod, but I knew that wasn't right. And now I guess we will be subjected to that stupid avatar again, won't we?
