From today's Sports Guy column
"Has there ever been a one-on-one matchup quite like "Dirk Nowitzki vs. Amare Stoudemire"? Neither guy has any chance of stopping the other, nor will they care. It's going to be like watching the best Rucker Park showdown ever."
Man, I love the playoffs...

Six Sigma is a system popularized at GE and focused on decreasing defects to the level of 3.4 errors per million occurences. To achieve this goal, people extensively collect data on outcomes and change processes in a manner designed to decrease defects. Basically, it boils down to process change combined with rigorous statistics to see if the process changes work.

Too much work, and the big iPod has a shuffle feature if I wanted to use it. Plus, I don't run, just use the elliptical thingy -- I've got a cracked-up leg that doesn't like running.

a) I was complimenting you.
b) what is a coyote? is that the thing where you would bite your arm off rather than wake up the person next to you?

Is it big? I want it to be about three feet high or so. And I am serious about wanting this.

Just check out a few large, cheesey furniture stores. I bet you'll find exactly what you're looking for.

Chris Meyers
is the name of the Ron Reagan replacement as dog show announcer. I was wathcing the end of the Oregon '05 show and it occurs to me that "Best in Show" might not be parady or mocklumentary at all. There was a basset hound named "Baby Butt" and Chris Meyers said, no joke, "I bet she is a soft ass". It doesnt even make any sense.

Maybe you'll get lucky and Tweedy will fir up a 40 min "Less than You Think."
PS: If there's a better Lennon rip off than "Theologians" ever written, I have yet to hear it. But "Late Greats" is still my favorite.

Love the live Wilco. I liked them best at Stubbs' after ACL.
I agree with your anger, as yesterday I paid $45.40 for a $25.00 ticket to see Zakk Wylde's Black Label Society at HOB Sunset Strip. That is totally out of control by way of paying tribute to the ticket gods.
