I can't decide if you are (a) making a funny, though this seems subtle for you (b) accidentally saying "credit" instead of "deduction" or (c) have no fucking clue what you are talking about.

No, sorry, I am not penske. I deplore his hateful partisan rancor as much as I do that of your kind. Hate, bias and intolerance from other side of the political divide is inexcusable, even if it is born out of ignorance.
I take it from your hackneyed response that you didn't read the article from Colbert King, speaking as a respected representative of African-Americans, a group that Kleagle Byrd and his terrorist cohorts gleefully lynched. Certainly their views don't matter. Get over it, nothing to see.......is ignorance really that blissfull?

all that people are trying to say to you is that your blind allegiance to all things the Dems put forward would have resulted in your being pro-slavery and against Lincoln's emancipation act. you need to admit the dems can be wrong like they were then. people try to help you learn to think and you go into attack mode.

Translation: My name is Hank. Please, please, please don't let anyone remember that this all started because I said that rich Democrats ruin public schools, and then I couldn't identify a single Republican-run state with a model school system.
eta: I will gladly admit that Dems were wrong to support segregation. And a Dem President was right to sign the Civil Rights Act. And lo and behold, all those racist Dems vanished into thi.... well, they became Republicans.

A month or two away and you still can't find a new tune? Jesus, Penske -- get a life.

I don't think it has been that long, has it? It doesn't feel like it.

this all started by showing that rich dems send their kids to private schools while locking poor kids into failing schools and taking teacher's union money. more broadly it started because you have not learned critical thinking skills or the ability to argue without personal attacks. Was your law school in a Dem controlled state?

Still not penske, but despite Hank's posts and my bi-partisan efforts, it seems you still can't find a thought beyond hateful and ignorant defensiveness of a man who lynched black people. What attracts you to Byrd?

Did they have schools in W. Va. when he was a kid? Wasn't it still part of Virginia?

Watch out for the 1927 S. Ct. smackdown Ty's going to bring.

Welcome newber! We used to have another poster who knew the word "Kleagle," but he drank too much boxed wine and he doesn't post so much anymore. So, stay away from the boxed wine.
