I'm no exercise physiologist, but wouldn't it help if you worked those muscles some other way than by doing push ups? Mix it up a little.

Every day I get up and tell my self that this is the day I get past seventy, but it never happens.

I think TM is right. You have stepped up everything else so it's draining energy from your ability to do your pushups. Eat more protein is excellent advice.
So is my sets of 20 advice. When I do them in sets of 20 I can do 200. And I am a skinny-assed girl. It will at least build your confidence, if nothing else.

*adding my anecdotal evidence to Spanky's, she was crazy, had low self-esteem and had a pretty bad coke habit (which tended to make her all the more crazy). she could be a lot of fun though.

You have reached a plateau. You can't keep getting stronger forever. Increase your protein intake and you'll build muscle and get stronger.

i.e., start stacking the D-Bol with the Winstrol, or do as Thurgreed does and get your buddy to write you a scrip for HGH

The main purpose of being there? Without trying to pick one up, I don't understand strip clubs at all. I guess I don't like to be enticed into liking something unless I can have it.

Perhaps get a stripper to sit on his back. Either that, or one of the neighbor kids.

You will get a little bigger, but you're lifting huge weights, so I wouldn't worry about it. But you will get stronger. If you get stronger, you will be able to do more push ups.
