Seeing's much different than talking about something. Most of this country hasn't the imagination to conceive of what Bob Dole with a throbbing erection would look like. They can't "connect the dots," so to say... But they know a nipple when they see it, and they know that a nipple sends the average man into a fits of fornication and sodomy.
The answer, or I guess, addendum, since your question's partly rhetorical, is the same answer it's always been - we're a sexually immature and provincial country.

It wouldn't solve a thing....everyone would have a different opinion and then all the WHY we disagree would go down picking me apart until there is nothing left. ["yeah, she has nice hair but I frickin' hate her glasses ugh] that type of petty shit.

I posted a picture that Ironweed had sent me. i believe it accurate. Until someone posts a photo that shows otherwise, I believe you can look to that photo. Notably, GWNC DTB and Ironweed's wife had bad hair days, and normally are much better looking.

Knock yourself out, babe. Oh, wait, no, I forgot; unlike some, I don't have a psychological void that needs to be filled that way. Heck, I don't even need you to believe how the GPs lust for me, the hotttttie junior associates bring me coffee, the mail staff fight to be the one who pushes the cart past my office, wealthy captains of industry frequently crash into others in the parking garage distracted by the mere glimpse of me, and that men from coast to coast fall on their knees before me, regularly. That would be a bit much, don't you think? Or would you find that a normal level of self-assertion?

I know, but at least I'd stop hearing the "you don't know me [insert head wag]" crap. I'm just trying to chip away.

It is what it is g/f. The other day, an assoc gave me a sbux card, my coffee is purchased for me weekly, banker types find me to be their type...and I had a 45 min convo with a senior partner about Paul Stuart clothes in his office. Does that mean I'm smokin' hotttttt? No. But I am attractive, outgoing and confident and nice and men like that. What can I say?? And my pre baby ann taylor size 8 fit perfectly the other day. happy dance.

You know, back in the day, Not Bob used to have a Rodney King sock that he would use to say (at times like these) something like:
"Sniff, can't we all, can't we all just get along? Please?"
End it. Here. Now. Please. All of you.
And it wouldn't work then, usually, and it won't work now, probably, but it salves Not Bob's conscience a bit, and since it really is all about Not Bob, that's enough for him.
Onward and upward.

No, but it does mean that partner is serious fucking Black & Decker.

Your game is off, girl. I usually have an elevator filled with partners from another law firm in the elevator bank and have a lively conversation about NYers and their big assed golf umbrellas and have them on the floor laughing.
