Whom did I attack personally? Ned Lamont? He's a political candidate and I am drawing attention to his solution to Mid east issues as part of the political debate. The Ds? That is a comment on the Democrat Party establishment and candidates running under that banner and the contrast that needs to be drawn to differentiate the Rs national security policy from that of the Dems? Again, whom on this board got attacked personally?
Does Lamont post here? Or the DNC?
Or are you defending the 21 terrorists in custody? Oops, due process right? Sorry, alleged terrorists.

Actually, the question should be, why are you personally attacking me for raising relevant issues in a political debate? Why do you dislike the marketplace of ideas?

Why every political blog on Plent Earth is reporting on this thwarted terror plot, but the lead story on DailyKos remains Bush's low approval ratings?
And these same people have the nerve to take potshots at Fox News?

Wonk is about 4 posts away from blaming Bush's imperialist policies for the whole thing.
FWIW, Kos and HuffPo are already on that meme.

Is right now figuring out how they can locate some anonymous source to show this thwarted terror plot was really a consipracy between Blair and Bush to goose their ratings.
You just watch. That story will emerge (if it hasn't already).
"Blair even went on holiday in the Carribean before staging the plot - just to make it look like he couldn't have staged it."

I'm just happy we invaded Iraq. Otherwise, I'm sure a lot more British Muslims would be trying to blow up airplanes. The Maximum Leader has made us all safer.

Apparently, Pakistani heritage. But all British born, British citizens. Which lends support to my post last night:

When someone there finally gets around to posting something like that, they will have hit approximately the same low that Penske hit a few minutes ago here -- using the British terror thing to score political points for no apparent reason.
Here's a shocker: It turns out that many of the people killed on 9/11 were Democrats.

The problem is that the institutionalised left views this as a political battle for personal gain, while, in reality it is a fight for the continued existence Western civilisation and our own nation.
Sad.

My comment was a little absurd... Nobody at Kos will post about the terror plot at all.

Personally I feel safer with Bush in charge than I would with Kerry, Clinton or Gore. Of course, I am sure that with any of those 3 we would have had more domestic attacks by now. Certainly with Clinton as our guide-WTC I* and he did nothing, except work overtime to get a BJ from a fat chick.
*Not to mention the Iraqi connection to OK City, which Clinton negligently ignored.

I don't blame Bush for causing Islamic terrorism. I blame him for invading Iraq instead of fighting Islamic terrorism.
