Baio has probably outpussied Willie Aames, but he's a piker compared to:
- Albert, Prince, of Monaco. FOD? Linked with Angie Everhart, Kylie Minogue, Brooke Shields, Claudia Schiffer, Sharon Stone, and Teri Weigel.
The list is just so-so until you get to Weigel. It's a shame he didn't tap Princess Di before moving on to Weigel --- that would be gangsta. I wouldn't normally consider fucking a porn star, but if I were named Albert I'd probably feel duty-bound for all the Alberts who'll never get the chance.

This is for those who were contemplating giving me a kayak.
I have caught up with Lost. Spoiler font is not necessary to protect my delicate sensibilities. Others may not be as kayak-proof.

I'll continue in spoiler writing for those who missed last night. What did you think of yesterday's episode? I thought that the one-handed Aussie farmer story line was interesting, but it played right into our fears of trying to make Kate "a really good person who went wrong". A true criminal would have shot the old dude and taken his truck.
Also, I was a bit surprised that the cop/marshall died so early on, and in quite a fucked up way, I might add. I figuredthey would string that along for a little while longer. Other than that, I thought that the episode was pretty boring.
Any thoughts?

Better question: When did the biggest fraud of baseball's modern era turn into Mr. Clutch?

For the sake of all things fair, I was glad to see the two ground-rule doubles cancel each other out. I can't stand the GRD when there's a guy on first. Drives me nuts.

I saw all three episodes last night, so I'm not entirely clear on where exactly this one started and the previous one ended.
I liked the Australian storyline, and I'm sort of glad that they're doing the flashbacks.
I'm pretty sure that Kate will turn out to be some sort of unjustly accused, wrong place at the wrong time type of criminal. I'm betting she killed someone though, and I'm betting that she knew how to use that gun better than she claimed she did. No one is hunted down to Australia on something minor. I LOVED the fucked up way the cop/marshall died.
General thoughts, Agustus from Oz is gonna end up killing or maiming Gavin from Angel at some later point, if Gavin's wife doesn't do it first. (sorry, I don't have names down yet). Also, I think that anyone named Jack on a "plane crash on a deserted island" story is gonna end up losing it entirely and will run the show, and consequently I'm really worried that Hurley's head is gonna end up on a stake. Also, I'm betting Jack's secret is probably one of the worst, and that's why he was willing to let the whole story of Kate's mugshot go. Guys named Sayid on TV (I'm thinking Oz again) tend to be in control of themselves, and I really like this one. David Fury needs to be careful that he doesn't write the crazy suspicious guy who missed the heart too (Sawyer?) much like Jayne from Firefly, rough but generally harmless, espeically once given direction. Kendrick from Alias (Locke, I think) obviously has some sort of connection to the island, and I'm wondering how long before everyone else figures it out. Charlie's gonna end up either needing to give his drugs to someone in serious pain (I'm surprised there wasn't an internal struggle scene with him deciding to keep his stash instead of volunteering to give them to the cop/marshall guy), or we're going to have a major withdrawal episode in the coming weeks. For a hero, take charge guy, Jack isn't bugging me at all. I think he's been well written and well acted.
Obvious hookups: Kate and Jack, though I think there needs to be a triangle there to add tension, though I'm not seeing any likely candidates thus far. Pregnant austrailian chick, and Charlie or the sweetheart brother (Boone) though I bet she's going to have a lot of offers once that kid is delivered. Bitchy whiney chick and Sawyer are obviously going to pair off. And Michael (Agustus from Oz, I nearly didn't recognize him without the dreads) and the Korean chick are going to have something going once she grows a spine.
I was glad that they found the dog.
I am kind of irritated with the previews. They're giving a hell of a lot away, and they're showing scenes that aren't in the episodes they're airing.

Then it's a matter of taste. At least in her Scully days (I haven't seen her recently), I she was hot. Maybe it was just the Scully character, who knows...

I confess I haven't watched a baseball game for about 10 years but I tuned in last night for some reason and almost fell off my chair when I saw that Pat Borders (who doesn't appear to have aged but has exchanged scraggly mustache for goatee) and John Olerud are still playing. What are they now? 50? They have no right to go on with their careers while I'm not paying attention. Next thing you'll be telling me that Joe Carter has retired.
I was chuffed to see that some former hockey player from Manitoba apparently hits very well.
Thus ends my first and hopefully only post ever about baseball.
