MIT's rival college? Caltech? It's a long way to go to violate a beaver. They say that's why Slave went westward ho --- the distance to DC eliminates the temptation, that is.

Things I learned from horror flicks.
If a creepy, wan ten-year-old tells you to do something in a British accent, do it. {Spree: Yahoo news}
ETA: Or a ancient gypsy. Or, for that matter, any Orientals.

You think you need to listen to Gypsies to know what'll happen next? Look a little closer to home, Atti.
RT will tell you that in 2004 4 months of this Forum was paid for by California posters who lost bets to me.
For my next prediction..... I see dumpy linking to a funny photo someone else photo-shopped, with some canned joke/slogan.

Well, when I bet you that you wouldn't take on Artest, I didn't know your tickets were in the lower part of the bowl. Fortunately, once things started I recovered on some side bets on how things would play out.

I can vouch for the truth of only a part of that, but it also seems to me that your own generosity ought to be mentioned as well.

Four Californians was an exaggeration, but there was more than one.

I'm not owed. I'm just saying I can predict shit. And most of the Texans are smart- other than that one- and he's probably a transplant.

"Huge. Like a one-liter Pepsi bottle. It could block out the sun."
Hip-hop hoochies dish about rap stars they've bedded.
In other news, a one-liter Pepsi bottle apparently can block out the sun, so don't let Jay-Z's dick get between you and source of all light and life.

I just saw Anchorman this holiday weekend. Two genius scenes: the aforementioned news-team rumble (Ben Stiller! Luke Wilson! Tim Robbins!) and the scene where the dog speaks to the bears. Brilliant! None better!
Anchorman: Much better than expected.
Elf: Quite the opposite.

Also, Sam Adams is okay, but I really like the Sam Seasonals.

Are you referring to "Pacifico?" If so, you're hereby invited to my next party. With chips and salsa . . . mmmmm.

Desperate Housewives does not have its finger on the pulse of America.
This last quote calls into questions all of the study's findings:
"In contrast, for women, a man's status had no influence on his desirability as a partner."
