I think I'm whiffing, but I'm kind of a Willie expert*. He didn't write Easy. I'm pretty sure Lionel did.

You're absolutely correct. I confused "Crazy" with "Easy." I do that sometimes.

They're coming out with an American version. Wonderful. Hopefully it will be just as good as Coupling*.

Is there a new season of UK Coupling out or was this one from one of the first 3?
(I love UK's Coupling!)
edited to add: Nope, not a new season yet.

Golden Globes Fashion Review
Worst Fit: Scarlett Johansen. The corset cups were sized for someone with no rack, and she has a fairly major one.
Worst Wrap: Johnny's Depp's girlfriend (Sophie something?) black tulle layered pouf. Mr. PJ, who never notices dress clothes, happened to glance up from the computer and asked: "Is that woman wearing a dead dog around her neck?" Concur.
Worst Guy: the hobbit from LOTR who wore a shiny black pleather-looking patterned jacket (I've given up on Johnny Depp's 30s Mafia Pimp thing). I thought "Oh, God, you're from England. You don't realize, don't talk to Joan Rivers with that on!"
Best woman: Charlize Theron.
Biggest Disappointment: Nicole Kidman. The very yellow-gold hairband did not match the silver-grey sequins of her entire dress, and the greyish mesh insets on very pale skin are a recipe for corpsehood.
Worst woman besides Melissa Rivers: Sarah Jessica Parker. You do not, not pair royal blue satin shoes with a cocoa tulle dress, even if there is blue in the lace beading overlay. And her constant 50s prom dress thing, though normally nice enough, is getting tired.

It was not until I sorted this out that I really began to enjoy college.

Finally! Someone agrees with me. SJP gets away with such crap, both on and off her show. That dress was horrible, especially with the shoes, but the group I was watching with last night (mostly women and gay men, FWIW) kept raving.

Spring Sprung
After watching Saturday night's typhoon blow over downtown while Dallas mixed Pina Coladas, I awoke Sunday morning to some truly spectacular weather. Skies were bluer than SJP's shoes, the temperature approached 80, and noninflatable lovelies sunned themselves by the pool for the first time this year.
I took a bike ride through scenic Memorial Park, where I witnessed more of Spring's blossoming beauties. After winding around the bayou to look for gators and dead bodies, I capped my ride off with a cherry ice smoothie. Even after sunset, it was too nice to eat inside, so I threw some steaks on the grill and ate poolside.
A number of coworkers are sunburned, many just from enjoying brunch on the patio. But the standard in this regard has been set by our resident reality tv hater who spent the day kayaking in the bay. I've never seen a sunburned Greek before.
Despair not, friends in the North. Spring is here!

74/sunny yesterday
48/cloudy today
yup, sounds like spring.
am thankful that the days were not reversed (typically all days over 70 during January-March fall on Mondays).

The 6 degrees we have outside are certainly balmy compared to my office, as the pipes have burst and we have no heat.
If I get frostbite, now that I've lost sensation in my feet and hands, I'm going to workers' comp these guys' asses.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.
So that's 2-4 inches of Spring falling from the sky here today & tomorrow?
Seeing as we usually get one last good snow in early to mid-March, we've got a long way to go yet...

You may, as long as they are not nude and within the standard margin.
Throw off the margins, and I will have to hurt you.
Again.
