What? DId you put it on the roof? In the yard? How would you explain how the poop got in the yard? (Now I'm having visions of Triumph the dog).
My thing was that we didn't have a fireplace and no one could tell me how Santa could get into the house without a fireplace.

We left it in the driveway and backyard. Along the approach path the reindeer took to the house. As to how it got there, well, er, um, the reindeer pooped.

Even the royal corgis aren't safe from them . . .

One of the Queen's corgis has been killed by an English bull terrier owned by Princess Anne.
The Queen was said to be "absolutely devastated" over the death of Pharos after he was savaged by Dottie, according to The Sun newspaper.
. . .
Anne arrived with Dottie and as the door was opened by a servant the Queen's corgi raced down to greet her, the newspaper reported.
The bull terrier then attacked Pharos, injuring the corgi's legs.
He was treated by royal vets and kept in intensive care overnight but had to be put down.

These inbred little fucks make me want to scream and then puke and then scream. They should be drawn and quartered and then banned and retroactively deleted.
edited to add: by inbred little fucks I meant the royals. pitbulls are fine, its the owner not the breed.

Santa creates a fireplace in those homes without one, comes down through the chimney, leaves the presents, goes back up the chimney and the fireplace disappears. I thought everyone knew that. Santa's reindeer are magical and thus do not need to poop while working. I also think it is silly to "track" Santa -- for god's sake people, he uses magic and moves too quickly for even NORAD to track him.
No Santa? Sure, whatever, you flat-earth people.

Yeah well where were you when I needed these questions answered? I remember asking if I should leave the back door open or something because I didn't want to get left out for not having a chimney. Parents said no leaving the door open (in the hood) but that they would make sure they'd let him in when he got there.
Of course he always drank the milk and ate the cookies and the reindeer ate the carrots to make sure they wouldn't miss YOUR house.

So then, what would his long term benefits be?

There is still time to come back into the fold of believers -- but please be quick about it so Santa can add you to his list, otherwise no gifts from Santa for you.

I don't remember.
I don't recall.
I've got no memory of anything at all.
Oh, wait TMI. With respect to the Santa thing, I can't remember ever believing in him, but maybe I did at some point. There are actually many things about my life that I no longer recall. Maybe this will lead us back into a drug conversation.

Hmm. That sounds mildly threatening.
Where's the love from the milk and cookies from all those years? And I always left 8 carrots for the reindeer so they would not have to share.
Even though what's the deal with Rudolph? Is he not an official reindeer? The sleigh was drawn by 8 reindeer and Rudolph makes 9. Hmm. Maybe Rudolph is mad at me.
Edited to add reality TV stuff... I watched the American Idol Christmas special repeat last night. If it's at all possible, I believe that Kelly Clarkson has put on some serious weight. And all in her butt and stomach. Her stylist should be shot at dawn for putting her in a skin tight satin outfit. The nose piercing only draws attention to her nose, which is not petite, but you notice it more now that something's there to call attention to it.
Kimberly Locke is as large as ever and looked even bigger when they put her between Tamyra Gray and Christina whatshername the 2 really slender chicks. And it's no wonder that Tamyra lost her record deal as she can't find a pitch with a flashlight and a map. Ruben and Clay of course were good.

I have heard that before, but never in such a nice manner. Thank you for not using the more common term for "complex woman" -- bitch.

I believed in Santa as a child. We celebrated Christmas until I was about 10 or so. I don't remember how old I was when I stopped believing but it was relatively young, I don't know what triggered it.
A friend called the house once to pretend he was Santa and I remember talking to him. My sister however freaked out and screamed that it couldn't be Santa.
Apparently Santa is in the Persian Gulf. Here is the image that represents Santa in the Persian Gulf:

When about 7, I was shopping with mom and an aunt. We went to two malls, and each had a Santa. I seperately asked Mom and Auntie how he could move so quick to cover two malls. I got inconsistant answers, and so my belief began to crumble.
