That's the thing -- you're right that Jeter's as unlikely as anyone, but even so it wouldn't surprise me in this day and age.

Maddux would surprise me more than Jeter.
But that's only b/c I trust white people more than light-skinned black people.

Maybe. But even if you don't work out, HGH increases muscle. And Jeter is as skinny as he was in '96.

Jeter actually seems to have retained some integrity. In this day and age, that is rare and maybe perhaps smoke and mirrors, but my gut says it is real.

Selling Bike
I want to get rid of my bicycle because I'm moving soon and I never use it and my new apartment is going to be smaller than the one I have now and there's no bicycle storage room. My bike used to be a good bike in 1995 or so, but now it's kind of outdated, although in good shape. Going through craigslist seems like a pain in the ass and I have no idea how much to sell it for there. (but I might do that if I can't find another way to get rid of it) Does anyone know of places that accept donated bikes? In NYC?
I suppose I could just leave it on the street and some enterprising soul might find it in his or her heart to find it a good home.

For those of you not here in the Minneapple, it was unseasonably hot and humid today, which was nice for just lounging in a hammock and reading but not so nice for running an insane distance.

It was BRUTAL out there, especially because I have the flu/cold and puked up my carbs on Saturday. But I ran and finished 45 minutes slower than I had planned. Oh well!!!! I won the race I ran. And I am achy and coughing but I have not puked since Saturday so I am on the mend. Yay!
I have heat rash on my buttocks. It is DEAD SEXY.

My ex-husband bought it for me. I'm not sure how much it cost. I think about $500 or so (CDN at 1995 prices).

You might be able to sell it for $100-$150 on craigslist. It's not difficult. Take a picture, upload it and create an ad. 15 minutes. Worth it for $100.

Wow, there was this article on CNN about the runners in the CHI marathon and the heat related ailments they suffered so kudos to you for making it through.
I ran yesterday and was sort of wilting in the sun and it wasn't totally hot, so I can only imagine.

You mean the Darjeeling Limited release, no. I don't think it's hit here yet.

Hmm. I could always use $100. I will check it out, thanks.
