I wonder how it turns out --- doubtless we vanquish the French with our jet-flying lawyers. Even so, I am glad to know the Red states have something to stroke to while we're all watching Sorkin.

Damn. While this is a perfect setup for a mocking faux-script of the episode, I don't have enough familiarity with the series even to wing it. (Obviously I need to spend time broadening my network watching habits.)
Anyone? Hank? Maybe an adaption of a Gilligan summary would work.

there are straight up gilligan's i can use, but that wouldn't be fair to GGG, now would it? i think as Atticus posted this he must have feared a West Wing response, but i've used up my ww posts for the summer.
anyway there's got to be something like Leo is charged for war crimes for bombing in vietnam, and Josh thinks he should claim SOL or something....Ty?

Clearly you have your head in the sand if you think that only only the Red states are stroking to this show

I don't know why we have to keep the polarization going here. There are plenty of people who like both JAG and West Wing, and it's not even because they're Catherine Bell fans. That is, assuming that my spouse is roughly representative of the American public.

Whoa. If you're telling me that she dresses like that on the show, then I'm taking down my Janel Moloney stalker site and moving on to CBS.

Sorry, I missed that. I was too busy talking to my Walnut Creek wife about our pending missionary sex tonight.*
*Fact check: I have never been to Walnut Creek and, with the exception of a Vegas wedding circa 1992, am not, and have never been, married.

There's dialogue on JAG?

Again, I've not seen it, but I've simply assumed for some time now that on shows such as this, the dialogue is minimal but fraught with meaning.

No offence to Mrs. Slothrop, but my experience of JAG dialog is that the U.S. Navy is filled with close talkers who whisper and e-nun-ci-ate in order to communicate the intensity of the moment. Where Sorkin is snappy patter, JAG is more like Clint Eastwood holding in a fart.
Now having seen Catherine Bell's boobies in their native habitat, I can understand why David James Elliott* finds his encounters with her so intense.
*The Joshua Micah Marshall of the right.

Is that the hot guy? Because he's hot, in a repressed kind of way.

Many more Bush/Cheney-themed suggestions for your car, which apparently has a huge rear end (a nod to Hillary?), can be found here. (spree: tasteful, musical sound)

I gotta say it was a good day
1. Kerry joined forces with a bigger loser to ensure defeat.
2. All signs point to a year with the greatest economic growth in the last 20. '
3. Freedom reigns in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Things are starting to break the right way and I would suggest the Dimwitocrats toss in the towel now and start pimpin Hillary for her battle with Jeb in 08 now.
Happy Birthday Mr. President! (btw, in honour of his b-day, each of my daughters donated $2,000 to his campaign.)

Don't worry, the target is empty!
Green Acres Kerry, ha ha ha.
