I don't think her hair looks that bad. She looks totally cute, so maybe I am just so stunned by that that I'm overlooking the badness of the hair.

Seriously, with all her money, she couldn't hire a stylist? She obviously can't be trusted to choose her own clothing or hair.

And this looks like someone ripped the hem of her dress.
She's obviously anxious for people to see her boobs.

I think she looks good for Britney, which has its limitations. I'm not sure why people think she is ever going to look amazing amazing, except maybe in retouched stills. Cute face but hardly classic lines. She's not elegant, and she seems to be one of those people who either can't pick clothes or just has a body that clothes don't stay put well on (I worked with a lawyer like this - excellent clothes but perpetually untucked shirt - just something about his build and his attentiveness). No reason that would change, and I think she certainly looks better than she has in ages. She'll either come more into her own in her 30s, or go way the hell downhill by then.

I'm with you on that one. One of the things that has perpetually amazed me is how great Christina Aguilera always looks. She has really done alright for herself. Married Jordy Bratman, the music exec [her "solid"] mucho talent, kept the bod in shape, skin looks flawless, very pretty face, decent hair. The contrast between the two is marked.

I'm OK with the hair. It's not what I would pick for me, but it looks cute. She's never going to be elegant, but she's very pretty and cute -- energetic-seeming. If everyone attractive were elegant it'd be kind of boring.

At first I thought the "almost only counts" was a political observation of when they pulled the plug, and that it should have been done earlier. It would have been a pretty astute observation.

then i realized you just meant you almost posted it.

And here I presumed she was damning the word "almost."

Your hopes and expectations for others on this board are clearly higher than mine, Hank. I salute your unrelenting optimism!

I totally agree, which is why I don't like the hair on her. She cannot pull it off. She should stick with "cute." She is curvy and shortish and will never be elegant, so why try? Leave elegant to the horse faces of the world. (Hi paigow!)

I don't find the haircut inconsistent with cute. It looks like it has movement . . .

OMG, we are disagreeing.

Oh wait, we do that all the time . . .

I think it looks like a wig, and not a good one. Can we agree that she is somewhere between a 3.5 and a 10?
