You're right. She was asking about that herb garden.
In other news...some of you guys may want to transfer to that Australian branch office.
BOSSES are rewarding their staff with sex sessions as Christmas bonuses.
Queensland brothels gearing up for their busiest time of the year say they are anticipating a big rush from workers buoyed by the festive spirit and treating themselves to a celebratory romp.
A trip to the brothel has long been a favourite way for groups of workmates to mark the end of a long year.
Some employers show their gratitude to their workers by shouting (obviously shouting means something different down under) them a brothel visit or paying for strip shows at job sites or in strip clubs.
The practice has outraged the Australian Families Association.
"The practice is a shortsighted, narrow-minded way of rewarding workers and at the same time endorses cheap sex. "Surely there's a better way to give a bonus."
Last year, a Sunshine Coast boss booked out well-known Maroochydore brothel Scarlet Harem for five hours for five of his workers.
Scarlet Harem is extending its operating hours to cater for the increased demand during Christmas and the tourist season, when many dads will drop their families off shopping before making a sneak visit to a brothel.
"We are always busy here but it gets busier," Ms Satine said (I love that name). Vouchers entitling holders to a brothel session are another way employers are showing their appreciation.
Neil Gilmore, owner of Gold Coast brothel Pentagon Grand, said: "We always have people coming in and inquiring about gift vouchers as Christmas gifts or bonuses. "The bosses will come in, or their secretaries, and sort it out. "It's probably a nice bonus for some blokes."
A co-owner of Brisbane brothel Purely Blue, Nick Inskip, said Friday and Saturday nights were busiest as workers moved on from Christmas parties and work break-ups.
A Brisbane strip agency manager said her staff were in big demand to work as topless waitresses and to strip at Christmas break-ups. "It's definitely the festive (obviously festive means something different as well) season and we're getting a lot busier," she said.
Employers who pay for their staff's sex sessions may have a financial incentive to do so. Australia Tax Office guidelines clear the way for bosses to possibly claim a tax deduction on Christmas bonuses for staff, including brothel visits. Employers may also claim on functions such as pleasure cruises where prostitutes and strippers are hired to entertain.
