Does anyone recall learning a specific term or phrase or concept in Contracts to cover terms or understandings or representations that are extraneous and are not considered part of the agreement becasue they weren't incorporated into the contract?
FYI, I don't need to know this for work. I just was discussing it last night and I cannot recall the specific term, if it exists, and it's driving me crazy.
(My Contracts professor absolutely sucked. Were it not for BarBri I'm not sure I would even know the elements of a contract. A fucking travesty.)

It's true. I was at an NM outlet once in Golden, CO, but not the real store. My fiancee is practical when it comes to clothes.

And you say TM is easy? You utterly lack subtlety. Those are some of the most obviously manipulative scenes in all of filmdom. I liked Breakfast at Tiffany's, mostly because I love the way she pulls herself out of bed and gets herself looking fabulous for a prison visit in under three minutes, but if you cry at that, you'd might as well not bother answering this poll because you'd cry at anything contrived to make you do so.
How did the rain scene in About Last Night affect you?

Oh how droll! I've not heard that one!
Are you aware that some liken the attainment of law firm partnership to victory in a pie-eating conest for which the prize is more pie? It's true! Think about it!

You're making me feel bad about my picks. Alas, I cannot change the truth.

That's the problem with spread collars. Unless you tie a big-ass knot, the tie looks lost, like Hank in fringey.

Terms of Endearment. Why is that little boy so mean to his mommy? He knows she's dying. I mean, come ON! And his little brother yelling, "Stop being mean to my mommy!" God DAMN, man.

2. The knot should match the collar.

That's it. Thank you. I knew it would be something so basic that my inability to recall it would be embarrassing.

Didn't see it. I hate Demi Moore with the fire of a thousand angry suns. Even though I did see Ghost and G.I. Jane. Which did nothing to change my mind about her.
