They articles -- which you haven't read because you are a troll -- say that "[d]ozens of people who attended Sunday痴 event wore pro-Bush T-shirts and Bush-Cheney campaign buttons." This is why all of the law you are regurgitating is beside the point.

Its all about context and background. He doesn't seem so fat here, as an example.
My mother saw him at a public event recently and said he's lost a lot of weight.

Word to the wise, tell moms to keep her distance. If she's still interested I can link you to some articles.

This is What Concerns Us

Just hours before attending an all-star celebrity fundraising concert in New York, Dem presidential candidate John Kerry revealed how he has been too busy for a real-time national security briefing.

"I just haven't had time," Kerry explained in an interview.

Kerry made the startling comments on CNN's LARRY KING LIVE Thursday night.

KING: News of the day, Tom Ridge warned today about al Qaeda plans of a large-scale attack on the United States. Didn't increase the -- you see any politics in this? What's your reaction?

KERRY: Well, I haven't been briefed yet, Larry. They have offered to brief me. I just haven't had time.

May I ask why this concerns you? I mean, I guess you could make the argument that a man who is running for President should be concerned with such matters, but then again, he isn't the President, so does it really matter that he didn't make a comment on it at that moment? I mean, it's not as if it involved a policy decision on his part, except in theory. I actually don't think it's a bad thing to refrain from commenting on something when you're not informed enough to do so.

When was the last time Bob Herbert wrote something interesting? Why is space on the NYT op-ed page devoted to him?

another silly question

Matt Yglesias says Condi Rice is "widely rumored to be a lesbian." I'd never heard that. Where have I been?

Isn't that the assumption with most 50+ women who haven't been married and/or dated prominently, at least in public (for those who are public figures)? Used to be teh case for men, too--the "eligible bachelor".

Tho' I think she has brought someone (male) from the NFL offices as her "date" to the few state dinners that have occured during this admin. Perhaps Janet Reno was on the banned list.

His article last week on the Yankees extra-inning triumph over the Sox was scintillating.

Otherwise, he's a tried, tortured hack.

Yes, but we now know from club that women's lives center around men (and shopping), while men have better things to do than think about women.
