I'm not, because if you're quoting a date in a doc presumably the date is actually relevant to something substantive.

ETA: 2 to sebby's following post. I didn't say "never."

Use your judgment. I made a general point.

Your response is indicatiove of the sort of thing lawyers are taught to do. Ignore the overarching theme and cite come oddball carve out to attempt to disprove a sensible axiom.

ncs, I am glad to hear you smash the mold. The world needs more like you. But to be clear, unlike the retired lawyer with the evite response, I don't spend time on these things. In the time it took to lay out, I could have signed approximately one million emails*.

Which reminds me: holiday cards: personalized note or just signature? I always do a note (and probably always will), but it really slows things down.

*I guess in my hierarchy of stupid correspondence things to worry about, I'm more relationship-oriented than I am worried about wondering whether after double-digit years of practice I still haven't learned how to draft (or review someone else's draft of) a quick cover note.
This whole fucking response proves that you are about one half step* away from the person who took 20 minutes to draft something no one cares about.

They will not get it into their heads that these posts were created in all seriousness and in suffering, that they are the products of sleepless nights, that they have cost me blood and weakened my nerves.

I did this recently. It sucks. It sucks slightly less if the neighbor insists on fishing them out for you.

Well said, brother Sebastian. Certainly a chair can be just as interesting as a human being. But first the chair must be perceived by a human being.

Huh? How can racism "not [be] accompanied by dislike"?

Real estate steering goes on all the time. Years ago I was steered away from Fort Greene by a realtor who was squirming to find a way to say that the neighborhood was mostly black without saying that the neighborhood was mostly black.

The article points out that female bike riders are sexually numbed by the experience. i would have thought you would have been a bit more troubled by the news.

aren't you hoping to meet women in those classes?

Without fear and illness, I could never have accomplished all I have.

No. But I saw that one. That's almost as much fun as the "White Guy Scholarship" at Boston College (I think), handed out by the republican student group.

But let me state for the record I don't own any other Genesis albums, pre-or post Gabriel. No ELP, no Yes, no Gentle Giant. Ok? Ok.
