Speaking of scalping (not the NFH kind), I was able to land tix to one of the new Crowes shows but not the other thanks to Sebby. Apparenlty you had to pull a PensKe and have like ten windows up to get em both. I dont know how they do it or if that woudl have worked. Sebby said something similar is going down in Philly and that the Philly DA is looking into this. What legal grounds are we talkign here? Clearly this is some kind of organized crime of some sort, but I dont know much about this. But it screws so many people and puts so much money in the hands of people that didnt earn it that its clealry some kind of robbery. What kind of legal action can be taken?

I would bet my nuts that high ranking people at ticketmasterbater, delsner and all of the promoters' offices skim off the top and sell directly to scalpers under the table. There is no way that somoene using legitimate methods could insert himself into the distribution chain ahead of the million other people who want tix.

I used to know someone who owned a Tickemaster franchise and while I used to get some of the best tickets available, I could never get the best tickets. She said this is because many many tickets are "held back" and are not offered for sale. The people who get these tickets are promoters, radio stations, businesses, etc.
How it works now is anyone's guess. Maybe these scalpers are greasing the ticket agents.

My personal experience is that I can lose or gain weight without a corresponding change in my breast size. As a matter of fact, my breasts have been pretty much the same size since puberty, except while I was pregnant, no matter how much I weigh.

big? mine were little when I was skinny and are big now. I'm happy they did not stay small when I gained weight -- being a fat with teeny tits would be too, too depressing for words.
